XXXV Edition White Truffle

tartufoThe 35th National Exhibition of the White Truffle presents this year the excellence
in the kitchen, between curiosity and intelligence capacities of the chefs, with the 1st Taste Workshop
dedicated to the truffle. During the event, staged inside the tasting area
in the picturesque setting of Piazza Fanti, are taking place appetizers learning lessons
cooking and tasting, presenting visitors with the products of excellence Haute
Tiber Valley, the undisputed star of truffle.
Chef Pierluigi Manfroni, famous keeper of the culinary linked to the world of
Truffle, will unveil during tastings and demonstrations the secrets of his kitchen.
The Chef Clare Filippi – Sloow Food, will take visitors to discover the kitchen Slow
and traditional Umbrian cuisine.
